Coast and Nature at the Little Peninsula, Knold - Dyreborg
Join me on a walk in the beautiful area around Knold, where we can enjoy the unique and varied coastal landscape consisting of stoned beach, tidal meadows and steep cliffs inhabited by Sand Martins.
I will meet you at the parking space, Knoldsvej 10.
On our walk we will pass the old bathhouses from the 1950s.
From Knold you have a spectacular view over the Archipelago of South Funen with the islands Lyø, Bjørnø, Avernakø and Ærø.
During the walk I will tell the story of the old bathhouses, how the landscape has been formed and about the specific types of birds and plants living at the Coast.
The walk is not suited for people with walking difficulties.
