A gig is a two-wheeled horse carriage.

A gig is a small wagon drawn by one horse, but with seats for two people. The carriage can either be use with or without a folding top. 

Gigs are not really used as a way of transportation today. However, it is possible to see them in different "shows" or exhibits around the world.
