Tour Manager in Denmark, Katrine
Experienced tour manager and guide with extensive knowledge of Denmark's history, culture and regional identities.
As an experienced tour manager and guide, I work with cultural groups, cruise guests, incentive travellers, family groups and special-interest tours throughout Denmark.
My approach combines historical knowledge, cultural insight and practical tour management. Whether leading a city programme in Copenhagen, exploring the royal landscapes of North Zealand, travelling through Southern Jutland and the Danish-German border region, or discovering the islands of Bornholm, Møn, Falster and Fanø, I aim to provide context as well as information.
I am particularly interested in the connections between history, landscape and everyday life. My tours explore not only Denmark's famous landmarks but also the stories, traditions and social developments that have shaped modern Danish society.
Alongside guiding, I can assist with itinerary planning, programme development and adapting tours to specific interests and audiences. Having worked extensively with both small private groups and larger organised tours, I understand the importance of flexibility, reliability and attention to detail.
Clients often appreciate my calm presence, engaging storytelling and ability to make complex history accessible and relevant. My goal is always to create meaningful experiences that help visitors understand Denmark beyond the guidebook.
