Absolute Monarchy
Absolute Monarchy is a form of government in which the king excercises ultimate governing authority as head of state and head of government.
Abosolute Monarchy as a form of government ended in Denmark on June 5th 1849 with the introduction of the first Danish Constitution.
Absolute Monarchy was the most common form of government in Europe during the years 1500-1800.
In order to justify this form of government it was said that the King, Prince or Emperor was chosen by God and therefore was the best guarantee against chaos in society.
